Immerse yourself in the impressive world of Japanese calligraphy (Shodo) and learn how
you can create artistic messages of love with brush and ink.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the history and significance of
Japanese calligraphy. You will then learn the basics of the technique,
including the correct brush position, guidance and the most important strokes and shapes.
Under the guidance of a trained calligraphy teacher, you will practise prepared
love declarations in various writing styles. Whether the name of a beloved
person in katakana or the name of your favorite character from anime or manga in kanji.
You have the opportunity to create your own unique love messages.
