The Kokorokon would not be possible without our helpers. We therefore welcome anyone who would like to help with the Kokorokon. Would you like to see a convention from the other side? With us you have the opportunity to do so!
After the registration, we will contact you with the fixed schedule about 2-3 weeks before the con.
To work as a volunteer at Kokorokon, you must be at least 18 years old.
- What else do I need to bring with me to become a volunteer?
In order to make the best possible contribution to the success of the event, it is an advantage in all areas if you are good with people and not easily flustered. Our aim is to present visitors with a great event and every volunteer can contribute to this.
- I would like to help, but don’t have time on all days
As a helper, you are there on at least 2 main event days, i.e. e.g. Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday. Please only apply if you can be there as a helper on at least 2 days.
- Can I choose where I want to help?
When registering as a volunteer, everyone can indicate the areas in which they would prefer to help. Please note, however, that we cannot fulfill every request and it may happen that helpers have to be assigned to areas that do not correspond to their wishes.
- What do I get in return?
Of course you have advantages as a helper: Every helper gets a special golden ticket, as well as food and a cool Kokorokon crew shirt.
- I would like to become a helper! Can I see anything at all of the Kokorokon?
In principle, it is possible to attend program items at the event. We are incredibly happy about your support, which is why it is also very important to us that the helpers have a great stay despite the tasks involved. We will do our best to ensure that you can see your favorite program, but we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee that everyone will be free for their desired program item, even if we make every effort to do so. Many factors such as the allocated area, peak times or the general number of volunteer registrations can influence this.
For the purpose of coordinating helpers, the data of some helpers will be passed on to our partner association and to the area managers.
The data of registered helpers will be stored for the purpose of recording working hours and quality assurance until further notice.
The data will only be passed on to the following parties:
