Have you often walked through Artist Alley and thought “I’d like to be able to do that myself
“? Then you’ve come to the right place in my workshop! In keeping with the con theme
it will be romantic. I will show you how to create beautiful candles for Valentine’s Day
– by making candles together!
To start with, you choose a candle jar, fragrance and colors for your desired candles. Then
I will show you how to pour and decorate the candle. To give you as much choice as possible,
I will bring various fragrances, colors and silicone molds for decorations from which you
can choose freely. During the workshop, I will share with you a few tricks for pouring
candles. You will learn which types of wax are available, why the right temperatures
are essential for a beautiful result and which techniques you can use.
Of course, you can take your candles home with you after the workshop and either light them yourself or give them to someone else
as a gift. There are no limits to your creativity.
